Accepting an Offer

Once your application to study at AITI has been accepted, you will receive a Letter of Offer which you should read carefully to ensure all details are correct. You will also receive relevant Enrolment documentation, which you must complete and return to AITI. You can then make your Tuition Fee payment. Further details are provided below:

 

For Domestic Students who are already in Australia and have a Visa
You will receive a Letter of Offer and an Enrolment Agreement Form, which you must read carefully and complete all details before signing to show that you understand and agree to all of the information provided. You can then return the Enrolment documents to AITI, make your tuition payment and you’re ready to start your studies!


For International Students requiring a CoE (Certificate of Enrolment)* and Student Visa
Please Note: AITI currently only offers course delivery to Domestic students. For further information, please contact AITI directly.
You will receive a Letter of Offer and an Offer Acceptance/Enrolment Agreement Form, which you must read carefully and complete all details before signing to show that you understand and agree to all of the information provided. You can then return the Enrolment documents to AITI and make your tuition payment.
Once confirmation of payment is received, AITI will issue you a CoE (Certificate of Enrolment). You are advised to check all CoE details carefully and contact the Student Administration Department about any discrepancies immediately – incorrect enrolment information may affect student visa outcomes.
Once you have confirmed your CoE is correct, you can apply to DIAC (Department of Immigration and Citizenship) for a Student Visa. After you receive your Student Visa*, you can then begin your studies!
*Refer to the AITI Refund Policy and AITI Terms and Conditions for details regarding the refund of tuition fees in the case of visa refusal.

1. Telegraphic Transfer
Telegraphic Transfer is the most commonly-used method for students making payment offshore
Note: Please include an additional A$18.00 for bank fees
2.Bank Deposit

Deposit money directly into the nominated bank account of AITI at any bank branch in Australia.
Please refer to Account Details above

3.Cheque

Bank cheque, company cheque and personal cheque are accepted. However, it would normally take at least three working days for company cheques or personal cheques to be cashed.
Make your cheque payable to “Australian Institute of T& I P/L”

4.Internet Transfers

Make payment to the nominated bank account via internet banking services

5.Cash

Cash payment is only accepted at AITI’s Melbourne Campus

6.EFTPOS

EFTPOS payment is only accepted at Australian Institute of T & I’s Melbourne Campus
Note: A 2% banking surcharge applies when making payment by EFTPOS. Before making payment, please check the maximum daily limit of your card to make sure your payment would not exceed the limit

7.Credit Card

Visa and Master credit card payment are accepted at Australian Institute of T & I’s Head office while American Express is not accepted
Note: A 3% banking surcharge applies when making payment by Credit Card. Before making payment, please check the maximum daily limit of your card to make sure your payment would not exceed the limit

 


Important Note: All payments and related enquiries should be directed to AITI’s Melbourne campus Student Administration Department. To ensure all monies are receipted promptly against student accounts we require the following information documented with the bank receipt:
• Student name • Student number (if known) • Date of Birth • Payment information e.g. new student or current student • Date of payment
