You may pay your tuition fee in any of the seven methods listed below:
1. Telegraphic transfer
Telegraphic transfer is the main method of payment used by international students overseas.
Note: Telegraphic transfer attracts an extra AUD$18 processing fee.
To ensure timely confirmation of your payment, please write clearly on your transfer slip student name, student number (if available), date of birth, payment details (eg. new student, current student) and email to us a copy of your “Transfer Receipt ”.
2.Bank Deposit
Deposit the amount payable into AITI’s designated account.
To ensure that we can confirm your payment as soon as possible, please email your deposit slip to us.
3.Cheque
AITI accepts bank cheques, company cheques and personal cheques. Please note it takes at least three working days for company and individual cheques to clear.
The payee on the cheque should be: “Australian Institute of T & I P/L”
To ensure timely confirmation of your payment, please write clearly on your cheque student name, student number (if available), date of birth, payment details (eg. new student, current student ).
4.Online transfer
The amount of tuition payable can also be transferred via online banking to AITI’s designated account.
To ensure timely confirmation of your payment, when making the transfer please note clearly information of student name, student No (if available). Please email to us a copy of your “Transfer Confirmation Receipt”.
5.Cash
Cash is accepted only at AITI’s Melbourne Campus.
6.EFTPOS
EFTPOS is accepted only at AITI’s Melbourne Campus.
Note:Payments made using EFTPOS will attract a processing fee of 2% of the amount payable.
Prior to making payments, please find out the daily transaction limit to ensure you have sufficient fund to cover the payable amount.
7.Credit Card
Visa and Master credit card payment are accepted at Australian Institute of T & I’s head office while American Express is not accepted.
Note:Payments made using credit cards will attract a processing fee of 3% of the amount payable.
